A Breath...

Accompanied with the involentary functions that sustain life a breath feeds the entire body. How perfect and pure it is meant to be. We riddle it with damaging habits of our maturity. Society adds its compounding bad habits. Unless you have seen or heard the last breath of one you love leave th orchestra of life. You might not realize the pricless purity of a breath. Truely priceless.

As each day goes by more and more we need to realize how often the breath of fruitful life is to the body we inhabit. Do you take it forgranted?

When will we halt the confusion of society to take a moment to induce change. Change?...the ability to reverse a bad mood, to reshape a frown into a shining smile. To transform a brief argument with the women of your dreams to a shower of cleansing tones that magnify your truness of heart.

I wonder, can we realize the gift of breath, the pulse of the heart, the electric charge that allows us to feel, a mind that can sore the expanses of infinity. A soul that can house joyous melodies of conversation. A spirit of expression that can move mountains?

Recently the most dearest person in my life stopped smoking. An answer to my prayers yet, I watch the daily struggle through the whisper of a habit that haunts daily. Oh how I wish that habit could transform into a desire and passion to know this gift. Ahope for many a reality for only a few.

... I believe within the very hope that morning will come and rest will be temporary and disrupted only by the morning light. One can find fear hidden in the wisp of each breath or the unsettled snore. As fatigue embraces the surrender of the soul as night falls. Helplessly we simply breath as the orchestra of life takes control.
