Rainy Days

Rainy morning, Hmm how it makes me think about the warmth of a Sunny day and the smell of fall. Allowing your eyes let the power in as you admire the flowers of spring as they reach for the sun and the tranquility of the beach as it release peace with in you.
Family vacations and pure enjoyment in the outdoors. Wow, Rainy days often suffer from regret that rainy days limit what one can do. In all honest these rainy days make it so ...How I love rainy days.
Slows me down enough to reflect, many say, but I cannot see the sun or the big blue sky. With out seeing them and feeling their warmth I get depressed and blah. Truth is your right you cannot see them, but what an exercise of faith. You know its still up there right? They will return when the storm passes right? Admit it, It’s all how you weather the storm isn‘t it.
Have you let the rain fall on your face without rushing to shelter? Have you allowed it to run down your face and soak you? It’s those times that allow you to touch things in your life that some times are rushed away like your desire to get out of the rain...
Read a book, plays some games, Talk to you family and realize that these rainy days feed the beauty of nature. Since you are a part of Nature Gods creation then rain has some nutrition for you too. Find it! As the thunder rolls and the rain comes down…find it. Let the rain cleanse up too. What it am I speaking of… Enjoy the fullness of a clear head, fullness of a sound mind and empty self indulgence. Let it rain. Challenge yourself to walk out (safely of course) walk out in a kind rainy day and let it touch your face. Maybe as a child was the last time you opened your arms and tipped your head back and let the drops touch your face watch what happens to your soul…
Come on, the sun and blue sky certainly are still up their but while the storm moves through touch it and allow it to touch you.
